Job Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
Coordinate, monitor, and report audit systems and internal audit activities such as GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL, and RSPO (MB).
Review work procedures, supporting documents, and related documents to ensure they are up to date.
Plan and communicate activities for QC&QA, CT, and QMR departments.
Control and report quality management systems including GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, RSPO (MB), and HALAL.
Coordinate and carry out quality activities according to the Quality Plan, such as annual traceability tests, emergency drills, food defense tests, and other activities.
Handle customer complaints, including preparing response documents and organizing meetings with related production teams to find root causes and corrective actions.
Follow up on customer complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective actions, and verify/improve processes to prevent repeated issues or food safety risks within the AJICO group.
Conduct internal audits, follow up on corrective actions from internal and external audits, and coordinate with related departments.
